WHAT HAS CHANGED
The year 2020 was “the horrible year” for many sectors and tourism certainly paid one of the highest prices in terms of losses. The short rental sector after months of freezing temperatures came back to life thanks to the Italians (followed by Germans and French), who choose the mountain villages, second homes by the sea and in the countryside of the Bel Paese for their summer holidays and are preparing to rediscover the cities of art in the autumn season.
In terms of prevention and post-Covid-19 health rules, the short rental makes the tourist independent, safe and with the guarantee of privacy.
Our flats have undergone all the certified sanitation procedures required by the main OLTA (On Line Travel Agencies, like Airbnb).

A couple both in life and in the workplace, we specialise in consultancy and management of holiday homes. We began the Domenica Affitti Project in 2019 and are a local company operating in the non-hotel hospitality sector.
The combination of an Italian heart and a German mind allows us to give maximum attention to detail and relationships with both owners and guests in a multilingual environment
(Italian, English, German, French and Spanish).
